Welcome to Centaurus Academy. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

By registering for or using Centaurus Academy's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Centaurus Academy provides live online tutoring sessions, revision resources, and academic support for IGCSE, GCSE, A-Level, AS-Level, and O-Level students. Our services include:

• One-to-one and small group live lessons via our online platform
• Access to recorded sessions and revision materials
• Progress tracking and performance reports
• Tutor matching and scheduling support

To enrol with Centaurus Academy, you must complete our registration process and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Tuition fees are as agreed at the point of enrolment. Fees are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to update our pricing with 30 days' written notice.

You may cancel your enrolment at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. A full refund is available if you are not satisfied after your first paid lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

All content on the Centaurus Academy platform — including lesson recordings, materials, worksheets, and resources — is the intellectual property of Centaurus Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse our platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: sharing account access, recording sessions without consent, engaging in academic misconduct, or harassing tutors or staff.

Centaurus Academy provides educational services and support but cannot guarantee specific exam results or outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the current billing period. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
