Centaurus Academy Cancellation and Refund Policy

General Terms

  • All fees must be paid in advance

  • Payments are accepted via credit/debit card and direct bank transfer

  • The academy reserves the right to modify this policy with prior notice

Group Classes Refund Policy

  • Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment

  • 50% refund available between 8-15 days of enrollment

  • No refund available after 15 days

  • Monthly fees are non-transferable to other students or programs

One-to-One Classes Refund Policy

  • Full refund available for unused classes if cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled start time

  • Refund will be processed through the original payment method

  • Classes purchased must be used within their validity period

Class Cancellation Policy

Student Cancellations

  • Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full

  • The instructor may offer a makeup class at their discretion

  • Emergency cancellations with proper documentation will be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to instructor availability

Instructor Cancellations

  • If an instructor cancels a class, they will reschedule at no additional cost

  • The new schedule will be determined through mutual agreement with the student

  • Students will be notified of any cancellations as soon as possible

Refund Process

  1. Submit refund request through official channels

  2. Include booking reference and reason for refund

  3. Refunds will be processed within 30 days

  4. Refund will be issued using the original payment method
